Financial coaching is a group effort. If you do not have the time to fully commit to the process, this might not be a good fit for you. What does that look like?
At least 1 to 2 hours per week to show up to group coaching, set aside time for independent work and/or to connect with your coach.
Willingness to be patient, trust and let the process work.
Ability to be coachable (e.g. willing to receive feedback and open to making changes even when you do not “get it”). Trust is key.
